New shelf/bar my hubby made for me for the kitchen.  Our counter tops in the kitchen are made from Ikea butcher block so he went and got some more of the butcher block and make this cool shelf for me and used table legs to anchor it.  I got these cool stools from Tattered Tiques and love the way this came out.

    It's beautiful! Love it all, and the stools look great with it. Your lucky to have a handy hubby! Does he do just work for you or professionally?

    Coming from you that is such a compliment. My husband is the fire chief in Buffalo Grove and just does this stuff on the side for me. He is so handy. I am thinking about renting him out!!!!Ha Ha!!!! He has a master's degree in Architectual design so he is very good at making my visions. Thanks again.

    Ummm....this is AWESOME!! I can't believe you guys envisioned this and then made it happen. It is beyond fabulous! You should send this to a magazine...it is so great. The stools look so great with it! I love that they are all just a tad different. Seriously...he is REALLY handy...Tattered Tiques may have to borrow him!
