Junk Bonanza looks like a great show!! I was at the Springfield Flea Market Extravaganza and the Vintage Market Place was there. Heard there was around 2000 vendors...and there sure was a lot of great junk to look through. Have a great Sunday.
ReplyDeleteCindy
Hi Cindy This show was amazing but we heard great things about the Springfield show too. We thought maybe we should give that a try next year. We did have a wonderful time up in Minnesota.

What fun, and what wonderful treasures! I just love the post, I have been searching for one just like that, to make a garden angel. Have you seen the precious one Judy did at 20 North Ora, made from a post and a part of a chair? It is the most adorable thing ever, and I just have to find the right post!!
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra I am going to check out Judy on 20 North Ora to see what she did with her post. I saw that little chippy thing and had to have it. I was not sure what I would do with it but I needed to grab it and bring it home. That was only 10 bucks so I had to grab it. This show was amazing. I live in the Chicago area and it took us 7 hours straight to get there but totally worth it. I am not sure where you live but if you live anywhere near Minnesota you should try this show. It is great.
DeleteI'm a little jealous that you got to go to this fantastic event! Thanks so much for taking the time to get photos. I enjoyed shopping with my eyes this morning!
ReplyDeleteLiz
OMG!!!Liz it was one cute booth after the next. It was the first show I have gone to where there was not one vendor I did not like. I see why people with shops come here to buy for their shops. It was overwhelming but so much fun. I would go back again now that I kind of figured out how to do this show to get the good JUNK!!!!!!!

You found some great treasures at JB! There's so much to see that it's impossible to see it all. I went with my daughters on Friday, and didn't see many of the items you photographed. But, between the 3 of us, we managed to fill up my daughter's truck. There are a few small things I'm kicking myself for not purchasing, but there's always next April!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Vickie I was there on Friday too. I wish I would have run into you!!! How fun would that have been. We went to the early bird on Thursday and by 10am most of the booth were cleared out. It was overwhelming how many people come to this. We had a ball. We liked going back on Friday because you could get into the booths better. Thursday was a mad house but that is when they have alot of the good stuff. Some restock for Friday and Saturday so we gave it another try on Friday. It was totally worth the 7 hour drive.

ReplyDeleteHi Roxie,
DeleteLooks like you got some pretty sweet little deals yourself this past week end. I love the new chest in your entry way. That is a beautiful piece. Love that little wicker cart too. I did get some cute things from my show that I am using in my mudd room/ laundry room redo that I am working on. I am hoping to get that done soon to post. Thanks for coming by.
Kris
Hi Kris, glad you're back. It looks like it was a fantastic flea market...can't wait to see all that you've found, especially the laundry room. BTW, I set up a Yahoo Pipes to collect all the new entries in the blogs that I watch, but I noticed that your titles always come out "null." You probably need to be sure to title your blogs (not sure how you do that!) so that they don't appear as null. There must be a way to title them somehow.
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy Thanks for the info on my blog. I am not sure how to do that either. I am so new at this blog stuff. I will look into this. This blogging is such a learning process and I am not so so computer savvy either!!!!
DeleteKris
Hi Kathy I went into my settings and my posts are all titled so not sure why your yahoo pipes brings them up as null. Maybe there is something else.
