We head back to Chicago on Monday Night :( I will miss this beautiful weather and this beautiful home we rent and all the fun parks. Disney really is the happiest place on Earth!!!!

| This is a salt water pool and Jacuzzi in the home we rent. So much better on your hair and skin than a chlorine pool. The house backs to a conservatory so it is very private. |

| One of our favorite places to eat is the T Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney. Food is so yummy and fun and it is all about dinosaurs. We were in the ice age room with the Volcano dessert at our table. The smoke coming out of the volcano in the center of the dessert was so much fun to get. |

| There are so many artist employed by Disney and this guy was one of the face painters. He did such beautiful work. Abby wanted Minnie Mouse Face. |

| We spent a few days at the beach and away from the Parks. I so loved the sounds of the waves crashing and the smell of the ocean and that white sand. Oh so Heavenly. |

| I have to tell ya that sun zaps your energy! Abby took a nap on the beach chair. So far we have had a wonderful vacation at all the theme parks and the beaches. It was nice to spend time with my mom that lives down here. Thanks for indulging me with some of my personal pictures of my family's vacation. I usually like to keep the blog to DIY and decorating stuff but since many of you have asked me to post pictures I thought I would share a few. Kris :) |

so fun!!! We've only been to Disney once, probably 23 years ago. Our youngest just about flew out of the ride on Space Mountain, scared the living stuff out of me...and her! how wonderful to come home to a great place and pool, loved seeing your sweet family, your granddaughter is so adorable!!

DeleteI heard how icky our weather up there has been. Ok already it is the end of May what is that weather about?!!!! I heard it will get warmer this week. I hope so or I will not want to get on the plane on Monday night and come home!!!! The girl that is doggie sitting at my house said my flowers are ok even with the cold weather so I hope that is true.

DeleteOMG!!!! We are so loving your weather down here. The little bit of rain comes late afternoon and only rains for about 15 minutes and then sunny again. Love that!!!! This week end to finish up our trip the weather has been gorgeous. We are having such a great time. I see why you love living down here. It is so gorgeous this time of year. The parks have been great not too crowded yet we did not have to wait long for anything. This beautiful home we rent each year is great only about 20 minutes from everything. This home is so reasonable at $130 a night with two large master beds and baths and two additional bedrooms and a huge game room that the boys love!!!! I could not get two hotel rooms for that price and it is so nice to come home from the parks and have our own private pool. Everyone has room to spread out here too. I know a lot of people like the staying at the park experience but to me this is the better way to go. The people we rent this home from each year are so sweet and have everything so nice for when we arrive. The house is gated too. I feel like one of the Disney princess when I stay here!!!! Hope you are having a great Memorial Day Week end. I sure is beautiful down here for a great holiday week end.

Oh my gosh, you went to DISNEY WORLD! My favorite place on Earth! Not one day goes by that I don't wish I was there. I miss it so much. Haven't been there since 2009.

Hi Kris! Looks like everybody is having the best time! I remember that entrance to Disney too, with the Mickey face and the train. Took me right back to the first time I went there! You can indulge yourself in the pleasure of water with the swimming pool and jacuzzi that you have in your home. You don't have to go to the beach or the resort to relax and feel good. You can enjoy the peacefulness and serenity in that indoor pool!
