I thought I would do a quick post on my "post"! I got this post yesterday at Lucky Junk and the hubby put a base on it and I found a place for it in the living room.

| I also found this sweet Madonna that I added to this vignette. I have always wanted one and this one was really pretty. |

I was 11 years old (many years ago) when my Dad bought a house with an open front porch. It had four of those pillars (posts) holding up the roof. This was in Nebraska. I always thought it was a neat front porch except when the barn swallows decided to take up housekeeping above those posts. Those were the simple times. thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories. Merry Christmas. Molly
