Good Saturday Morning Sweet Blogging Friends.

I am asking all you prayer warriors to say a pray for my mom and my sweet handy man Terry.

My mom is in the hospital with some heart issues and Terry is going to have back surgery this coming week.

So lots going on in Junk Chic Cottage on the health front.

If you could send up prayers or if you are not one to pray just keep good healing thoughts for my mom and Terry this week.   I would appreciate it more than I can express.  Thank you.

I hope to be back soon with the new mantel all finished up to show and some new Spring decor.

    Oh i am so sorry to hear about your mom, She is definitely in my prayers. I just had back surgery as you know, so I will definitely pray that Terry's turns out as great as mine. God Bless

    Kris, saying prayers for your mom and your sweet husband. I am also praying for you, I know you are not fully recovered from your own surgery.     Oh dear, Kris!! You have my prayers in earnest, sweet friend. St. Rita is my go to for intercession of answers to prayer. She suffered through many trials and tribulations and is considered the patron saint of the impossible, loneliness,sickness, and wounds, naming just a few 🙏 May you find inner peace in the days ahead.

    Saying prayers for your family Kris. I had surgery in 2007 for ruptured discs and looking back I'm only sorry that I waited so long. Much better than the pain that sprang out of nowhere at any time with the back problems. Hope your hubby's surgery goes as well as mine did.

    Oh my, you do have some worries on you now, dear Kris. Of course, I'll be praying for your mother and for your husband! And for you as I know you will be trying to take care of them as well as still needing for your foot to heal well. I'm sure Terry must have been in pain to take this step but I'll pray for patience also for you both to get through this and get both of you back to feeling well.     Oh Kris... I'm sorry to hear about your mom and being in the hospital. I have prayed for you and her (and dear hubby Terry) for awhile now... asking that each of you be healed and fully recovered from your health issues. I've worried about Terry since you had told us about his back... I can imagine it has been a problem with the type of job he has, and the additional projects at home! I will pray this week for the doctor's hands to do the right thing.. and for you especially as you are given the role of caretaker! May the angels all watch over you! Hugs... Marilyn

    My sister was diagnosed with Leukocytoclastic Vasculitis today. She will have another test in 6 weeks. At this time non-serious, praying it continues to be so. Do you know anything about it?

    I am late to seeing this post. I hope your mom is doing better and of course I will keep you and your hubby in my prayers. Your plate is very full right now, I hope you are also getting some rest and recoverying fully from your own recent surgery.
