Hello Sweet Blogging Friends.
I have the bathroom pretty much finished at the new JCC#4. It was a complete re love.
Old bathroom. Everything and I mean everything in this old bathroom was taken out and all new put in! |
New bathroom. It is hard as most of you know to get a good picture of bathrooms. No good natural lighting. That makes it hard to show how pretty it really is. |
I like this blessed sign in the bathroom. I see it every morning to remind myself how blessed I am. |
They put in all new Moen fixtures |
Keeping it real! Did not straighten up the shampoos and soap etc. for the pics lol! |
Added a little cottage blue to the gray and white. |
This is the shower curtain for now. I have a new shower curtain I am making with the help of a friend that sews coming soon. |
For a little home this bathroom was pretty good size. I was able to fit in this storage piece I found at Home Goods. |
Along with the new vanity we got this pretty gray and white counter top. |
Found this sweet vintage looking faucet on Amazon. |
Wow I’m impressed! The new vanity and the tub are perfect! Love the touch of blue. You are all set for a long time with this bathroom!
ReplyDeleteIt looks wonderful!! Love it all.
ReplyDeleteLove the bathroom, so pretty, clean and fresh looking too. Great job.
ReplyDeleteThat looks great, Kris! You did a great job and I think it is a bit bigger than the bathroom at your last house? Maybe not-but it is really a good size. The bathfitters did a really nice job.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!!!! xo Diana
Kris, I love it! It looks so pretty, clean and fresh! I see the commercials for bathfitters all the time and it looks like they did a great job! I am really enjoying the little touches of blue you are adding, so very pretty! I'm looking forward to seeing more! Love and hugs sweet friend!

Hi Kris, oh WOW! Your bathroom looks so beautiful! I LOVE it! You both did a great job with it. I can't wait to see the new pantry! Julie xo
ReplyDeleteWOW !! I love it.
ReplyDeleteKris, I love it. The mirror is so sweet. I know that's your idea. Now you have a touch of color and it still looks refreshing and not cramped . Great job. I really like the idea of someone doing the tub and surround, without a mess. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteWell done, I love the touch of color and my favorite color blue. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, Kris...this is gorgeous! I am so envious of your new bathroom. We've lived here 29 years and our bathrooms have only had new flooring, vanities, toilets and lighting. We still have the original bathtub, shower and surround! We need a remodel SO bad. I have some questions about Bathfitter for you, so I will email you privately later.
ReplyDeletePS - I love the shower curtain you have in there right now - it adds just the right pop of color!
DeleteJust gorgeous Kris, you guys continue to amaze me at how fast you get things accomplished. I love it all. Good to hear a personal review of "Bathfitters" I've wondered how they stack up. Love the shower curtain!
ReplyDeleteKris, you always amaze me! We hear you are working on something and BOOM there it is and it is beautiful. It looks much bigger after you made your magic on it and I love the floor and everything else. What a good job you and your (helper) do..Thanks for your visit to me.Sometimes it is just too much to take all in. But something has to change before too long. Hopefully 2020 will be a better year..xxoJudy

It all looks amazing Kris! How wonderful that company do it in such a short time! I love everything about it, and as always - perfect finishing pieces. Take care, Gilly x
ReplyDeleteYou have the Midas touch Kris! Truly, everything you touch is golden (or white lol). Having said that, I just saw your other post and love, love, love the blues you shared, I think some of your pics were the same as I used for inspiration too.
ReplyDeleteIf you haven’t already checked out Spoonflower, you might want to give them a look. They have lots of great, cottage style fabrics and you can order custom too at no extra charge.
That's fabulous! You not only have team projects DIY downpat, but you have small living space design going strong too. That little drawer cabinet beside the toilet is perfectly sized there. Love the floor, the demilune shaping of the vanity, and the bit of blue is really pretty. Awesome job, Kris & Terry!
ReplyDeleteThis is adorable. I love it. You got it done so quickly. The vanity is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your redo bathroom!! You guys always rock when it comes to redo's!!!

ReplyDeleteKRIS, CAN I TELL YOU HOW JEALOUS I AM OF YOUR SHOWER!!! My son had Bathfitters come in and do his shower area . I used it while visiting and it cleans like a dream. I'm a tile lover but after years of cleaning grout I am so over it. My girlfriend had Bathfitters do her shower too and she is thrilled with the decision.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic job you have done! I could spend the day in there.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful, Kris! You have done a fantastic makeover, as always! Clean, bright and white!

Love the new bathroom. So bright and cheery. I have floating vinyl floors in much of my house...except the bathrooms. I am considering adding it over the existing tile in my master bath. Wasn't sure it would be something to do, but now with yours I can see it can.

If you don’t mind me asking could you share approximately how much Bathfitters charged?
ReplyDeleteThey are very expensive ours was nothing fancy and it was around $4,000 for everything. We decided since we only had the one bathroom to pay the money to get it done in one day and not have the bathroom torn up for a long time. A average bathroom re do is about $10,000 so we felt to do the tub and surround this was not too off the mark. Everything now is so expensive. Crazy what they charge for things like this. Hope that helps.
DeleteI have read your blog it is very helpful for me. I want to say thanks to you. I have bookmark your site for future updates. Contemporary bathroom faucet
