Hello Blogging Friends.
I am seeing the school bus coming down my street each day. Ugh! I know parents are ready for the kids to go back to school. I am just not ready for summer to end.
Speaking of School Bus's!!!!!!
I know these are all the rage!
You have to see what they did with this school bus!
Love how they replaced a regular front door where the old bus door hung. The source for all these bus photo's was found on Facebook. |
All I can say is Ahhhhhhh! Love!!!! |
I was kidding Terry with how much we moved in the last 8 years maybe we should get one of these and just drive to our next place we will live lol! |
Clever way to add needed storage. |
Love the floors and the shiplap walls in the bathroom. Super cool! |
What a gorgeous shower. |
Ok Glamper Fans there's a new Bus in Town! |
Even with the bus being so awesome I still love the cute glampers. If you want to see more glampers you can go to my archived post about glampers here. Have a great week everyone. |
Wow - that is amazing. I watch those "tiny house" shows. Why wouldn't someone just do this??? Portable, enough room - it's fantastic. I can't believe they have laundry in there as well. Heaven knows how much it cost though! -Jenn
ReplyDeleteI love the bus!!!
ReplyDeleteWOW is all I can say about the school bus. I would love to have that one.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool, Kris....I could hop in that right now and take off!! I could sure use some time off!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic redo's! I'm not sure I'd want to move them though they're so pretty.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! You made me laugh about just driving to your next location! Oh goodness, I hope you're good for a while. But I can only imagine how lovely your mobile home would be...Junk Chic Glamper!!
ReplyDeletethat bus is pretty amazing!!! just your style, Kris!
ReplyDeleteKris,
ReplyDeleteThat bus is amazing and one that I could definitely travel in with no problem...
Thanks so much for stopping by and for your comment on my post about my retirement...You know how hard it is to be a nurse and unfortunately, I worked for a company that viewed older employees as too expensive. I even had physicians that I know outside of the hospital ask if I thought their actions were on purpose to get employees to quit. Now what does that tell you??? BUT I am now free of them and can do what I want!!
Hugs,
Deb
So fun....what I live that would be to go cruising down the highways and byways and having such a cute place to lay your head at night.
ReplyDeleteI am with you Kris, I dread the end of summer.
I just love that bus! What a nice and cozy place :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day...

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!! That is a great way to start off my school year, Kris! That is unreal! I love however, that little camper with the bike. Just to take off somewhere and stay overnight among nature. I need it right now!
ReplyDeleteWell I might could just get used to one of those little buses...So cute! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteHey, I've just sold my house and haven't yet found a new one - closing date 10/7. Leaving WI for New England and just starting the hunt there. This bus could be exactly what I need.
ReplyDeleteCongrats Glenda. How exciting for you. New England is going to be so much different than Wisconsin. Just think of the lovely sweet old homes with history. Good luck with your move. Yep maybe one of these glampers or the beautiful bus would be a good choice lol! Happy House Hunting.

That bus is AMAZING! Now that's glamping or tiny house potential.
ReplyDeleteAdorbs! That's one heck of a makeover! You could do it - live small like that. ;) I like the little cute glampers too. I still want one for a guest cottage!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cecilia
I love the bus homes most of all. I have a Pinterest board called Vintage Trailers I've been adding these things to for years. I know you don't want summer to end, but it was 120 degrees in the shade yesterday in the evening!
ReplyDeleteBrenda

When I was growing up, one of my friends came from a really quirky family. Susan's mom drove a "bathtub" Porsche before any of us knew what a Porsche was. Susan drove a motorcycle with a sidecar and I rode in it to school. The entire family took flying lessons and Susan got her pilot's license before her driver's license.
ReplyDeleteThe whole reason I told you this is to say that we were all shocked when we were about 12 and the parents bought a bus to convert as a camping vehicle. No one had ever seen anything like it.
