Happy Wednesday Sweet Friends.
I will admit that I get a jump on my Christmas decor because my daughter host Thanksgiving and I have the luxury of being able to start early.
With Thanksgiving being so late this year. Christmas will be here quickly right after.
I am not going to show you all my decor until after Thanksgiving.
I feel even with getting a jump on my decor it is good to wait and show it after Thanksgiving.
I enjoy that part of the holiday on my blog.
With that said lol!
I will give you a sneak peak at my decor over my TV armoire.
I love candles and they will be in a lot of my vignettes. |
Angels and Candles. Love them both. |
I also received my crowned cherubs for the top of my mirror over the mantel. |
I love what you are showing so far lit looks so beautiful. I like the pretty greens with the candles and angels. I am getting everything organized and ready here for Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteKris, It all looks so very pretty. I really like the angel painting too. So nice when our daughters take over some of the gatherings. Actually I let my girls do it all now. They are younger and can handle it better. LOL. Blessings, stay warm honey, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Kris, love the cherubs on the mirror. The angel painting sure is soft and pretty too.
ReplyDeleteI love candles and can't get enough.
Cold here too and not normal for us. I can't believe it's in the low 30's
Stay warm
Cindy
Beautiful, Kris! I love your angels and the candles with them.
ReplyDeleteYour angels are so beautiful!!! I adore the ones with jewels that you added to your mirror. You know how I love my bling!

We're freezing here, too, Kris! I'm sitting in front of the fire right now thinking about Old Saint Nick a lot more than Mr. Turkey! I hope it warms up a bit before winter sets in for good. I think I'm more upset about that showing up early, than Christmas decor!! 😉 Love your angels. Their crowns are the best!! And the greenery/ candle combo is classic. I can never get enough of that look!! Stay toasty!! x0
ReplyDeleteEverything always looks so beautiful. Love those pretty crowned angels too.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, Kris and I'm in planning mode. Starting the guest rooms first and slowly changing out some things. I probaly will wait till after Thanksgiving to do the tree and heavier decorating.
ReplyDeleteI have been dying for an angel painting like that. I feel like I'm in a special place with that angel(s) looking over me.
ReplyDeletecan't wait to see the rest of your Christmas décor. I have been finding some good fill ins at the local GW. I am anxious to start my holiday decorating, but need to finish some crafting things first for a super small space I have in a local boutique starting this Friday. I will likely not have many guest and therefor no one to really share the décor with, but I will thoroughly enjoy it myself.
ReplyDeleteNow to browse some more of your recent posts. I have gone far too long.
beautiful Kris, I'm really excited to see all your Christmas pretties there at your new cottage. love the crowns on those precious little angels! I'm hoping to get started this weekend.
ReplyDeleteGood morning dearest Kris! I have been running around since early Tuesday....good report on my husband, BTW!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThese angels are beautiful and their crowns are LUSH!!!! Like you, I enjoy the light of the season and I'm also planning on lots of candles, of the battery sort. As for angels, I tell ya, they are truly all around us and let's PRAISE God for His goodness. Have a super day and keep warm; even for us, this blast of cold is WAY TOO SOON!
This is beautiful, Kris...I am in love with your crowned cherubs!
ReplyDeleteI love your beautiful, ethereal vignette!
ReplyDeleteLOVE!!! Look at those precious little cherub faces!!! We have Thanksgiving at my FIL home every year so I honestly do not feel bad one bit about getting Christas decor out. My problem right now is NO TIME! But I am biting at the bits! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteKris, sometimes I think I'm really a child in an adult body. I love the sparkle, glitter, lights and all things Christmas. It's such a wonderful time of the year. The memories my mom left me with are ones I carry on to this day.

ReplyDeleteKris, I know you will soon get very tired of it but can you imagine: A white Christmas! I envy you that short period! Christmas is going to be gorgeous as always at your sweet cottage. Love the crowned cherubs and all the angels and candles. That piece of greens is so pretty, faux, I assume, but it looks so real. Can't wait to see all that you do and I wish I could start decorating early but will be rushed after Thanksgiving..Happy Thursday..xxoJudy

ReplyDeleteI am not an "all white" person but I have to admit that if I ever become one, it would be because of your inspiration. It makes such a lovely backdrop for the simple touches of evergreen. And those sweet cherubs are so adorable!
