Hello sweet friends.
Recently, I put up a post on a new vintage mannequin.
I bought it at the Vintage Market one of my fave shops to visit.
Here is the pretty girl. Just loved her the minute I saw her and knew she would look great in my kitchen. |
Mary had wrapped the apron off with this cute bow and hearts. Of course I cannot leave well enough alone so I added it for my sweet mannequin to have a necklace. |
I loved the sweet shabby heart. |
I also loved the angled side pockets. |
I love her with my vintage window and garden hats in my french country kitchen. She looks so pretty. |
You get a little sneak peek again of my little bird Christmas tree in my kitchen. |
I also scored this cute cherub planter from the same Etsy seller I purchased my cherub for my mirror. |
I loved the patina and pattern. |
Remember my little bird collection I got a few years ago from Target. Well this year they have their own tree for Christmas. |
They just make me smile. |
My little half angel also found a place at the top of the tree. |
The little ones are cuter then cute too. |
Thank you Mary so much. Love the new apron. I would love for you to visit Mary's Etsy. Her Etsy is SewSimpleSewPretty. Mary makes some really cute things. Mary's link click here. |
Have a great rest of the weekend.
Hugs,
Kris

The kitchen vignette is perfect but I LOVE the Bird tree so much. I am definitely stealing that idea for next year and plan to purchase some birds (and if I am lucky, a half angel) during the after Christmas sales.
ReplyDeleteA delight. Hugs.

Tweet tweet so sweet! Those furry little birdies sure do "take the cake" as my mom used to say! Just so darling and they do deserve their own little habitat in your kitchen! And Miss Manny...... how pretty standing there next to the tree.... apron and all. Love the mannequin and am envious you found her. I have been keeping my eye open for one for years! The shabby apron is such perfect... I went to Mary's blog and all the other goodies she has made are just as sweet in all their shabbiness. I can see why you love her! Have a wonderful weekend! Marilyn
ReplyDeleteOh how cute! Love the tree too. Those birds are adorable. They belong in the tree!
ReplyDeleteI knew you would find something just right for her! I love the tattered seams and edgings. Something so wholesome about her and your sweet little bird tree looks just right by her. I love all the little winter hats on the tiny birds!
ReplyDeleteHi Kris: Does she have a name? She looks beautiful in her new apron and so cute in the kitchen. I have "Mabel" stuck away in my junky work room. She needs to come out from there! I checked out Mary's shop and ordered a pretty red ticking stocking. Have the perfect place in mind so thanks for your review. I told her the idea came from you..xxoJudy
