I found a new duvet for our bed. It brings in a little color and pattern to our bedroom. I like my bedroom to be soft and serene.

| Even Buddy loved the new duvet. A lot of you have been asking me where the table and chair set from the corner of my living room went. It has a new home in a person's Airbnb rental. It was perfect for her Lake Michigan rental home. I wanted room for the slipcovered chairs and that was the only corner. I am working on a project to show you a little eating area I am creating in my tiny kitchen. In the meantime have a lovely new week. Hugs, Kris |

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful duvet! I prefer my bedroom to be serene and tranquil, too. Looks like Buddy approves. Do you find it hard to put a duvet on over another blanket/comforter? I've never bought a duvet because I figured it would be a pain in the butt to use.
ReplyDeleteWhen I worked (sewed) for an interior decorator, we would turn the duvet cover inside out, tie the cover to the duvet (if possible, and shimmy that cover back up. Worked like a charm.

Just found your blog and the duvet is lovely, but I can't take my eyes off that chandelier!!! Gorgeous. I've always wanted one in our bedroom but hubby says our ceiling is too low. I'm thinking he just doesn't want one hanging over his head!!! I envy people who do lots of white in their homes...it always looks so crisp and clean but I'm a "color" person and don't think I could live without it. You certainly have great decorating taste...I need lessons:)
