Happy New Week Sweet Friends.
I wanted to show you my re love of an old coffee table I found on FB Marketplace.
|
Here is the coffee table after I bought it on FB Marketplace.
|
|
Terry sanded it down to the natural wood so it would take the white paint. We used Behr white cabinet paint with primer.
|
|
I think it came out looking pretty nice. Love her legs. I am still looking for the perfect knob that is why I have not shown you the other side of the table. Hoping to find something unique to put on the drawer.
|
|
I did a little fall vignette on the table.

I wanted to share with you this candle company. This one I have burning in the picture is called carmel apple. Oh my it smells so wonderful. Makes the house smell for hours even after you blow it out. The company that makes these candles is called Milkhouse Candle Company. You can find them in many shops and on the internet. Amazon is one place to find them too.
I am not being compensated to give a shout out about the candles. I just love them and wanted to share with any of you that love a good smelling candle. I bought mine in one of my favorite shops I frequent. Have a wonderful rest of the week.

oh, I really love this coffee table, Kris. it has the same lines as mine that I've had for 17 years. Good idea to completely sand it down and then use a primer, it's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYou did a fantastic job on the table, Kris. It must feel quite at home now in your beautiful room, it fits right in.

So beautiful!! You totally transformed it. Love the whole room!!
ReplyDeleteKris, this looks wonderful. I hope you find this arrangement to your liking, but even if you don't, it makes a beautiful look in the living room. The candle sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteIt looks so awesome and I love the decor on the table. You are one busy, talented and creative gal. Hugs and blessings, Cindy P.S. Send me whatever you are taking for energy! LOL!

The table is perfect! Hardware (the jewelry) makes a difference in how a piece looks. You will find just the right knob for the drawer. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI saw a caramel apple candle in Marshall's yesterday. First time I'd been in there in ages. But I can't have any scent around Charlie. LOVE the coffee table! A clear knob might look good. You're so good at finding things on FB Marketplace you could probably have people pay you to search for things for them. I look on there sometimes, but haven't bought anything.

ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty coffee table! Those legs are so graceful! And I noticed your candle right away before I read further because I recognized that it was from Milkhouse Candle Co. They are my favorite, Kris! I'll have to try the caramel apple. Their Rake, Pile, Leap! has been my favorite but I just got their Cup O' Joe and absolutely love it. Also love their Brown Butter Pumpkin. And several of their Christmas candles.
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful, Kris! I love the way it turned out.
