I know a lot of you are baking and getting all those yummy cookies ready for the holidays. My good friends daughter makes the most delicious cookies and I wanted to share the recipe with you today. They are fast and easy and oh so delicious. Only a few ingredients.
It really is a very easy recipe and these cookies will melt in your mouth. I promise. |
I've always loved these! My grade school best friend's mom used to make them. Yummy!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of these cookies before. I will have to try them...

Now isn't that amazing! I know these would be great: potatoes, sugar, salt? YEAH, what all of our palates love!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYum! I've never heard of these either, but I've never met a cookie I didn't like (that I can remember). Happy hump day!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of potato chip cookies. I'm very intrigued and have to try these.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!
Hugs and happy baking.
Cindy
I would probably love these, as I like a bit of salty in my sweets.

Merry Christmas Kris!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of these cookies! They look delicious and a must try for my family this year. THANK YOU for sharing...I wish you a wonderful holiday and healthy New Year. Fondly, Kathleen
I've never had these cookies but they look easy to make and I bet are delicious tasting. I hope to bake these for Christmas. Thanks for the recipe and enjoy the week Kris.
ReplyDeleteI'm done baking for the holiday season ~ I've only made two different types of cookies and they will go to a few neighbors. No more baking around here, otherwise we'd eat it! I had potato chip cookies once in my life. It was a loong time ago at a Christmas party. They were really good!
ReplyDeleteYummy! Pinning this recipe. My aunt used to make me this dessert with Pringles and melted Hershey's Kisses. After melting the kisses, she would spoon the chocolate on a Pringle and then put another on top, like a sandwich! They were good, I tell ya! Looking forward to trying this!
ReplyDeleteThey look fabulous! I have never made them. Thanks for sharing Kris. Merry Merry. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI will make them tomorrow. Wednesday is my grocery shopping day. I'll need to get chips.
ReplyDeleteI'd never heard of these either but will definitely try them! I love salty and sweet.. and of course, it doesn't hurt to have all that powdered sugar poured over them! Kind of like making turkey bread stuffing using a can of 7-up! You wouldn't think of doing that but it sure turns out good. Have a great week! Marilyn
ReplyDeleteWow these sound delicious! Gotta try them!
ReplyDeleteI make these cookies. :-) The boys love them.
ReplyDeleteWe use to take them camping with us when the fellas were little.
I love the last photo.
:-)
These look great...and ironically, I just purchased a party size bag of chips yesterday at Target, lol. :0) .. I am not a great baker so have one question..is that plain flour to use or self-rising..(asking for a friend)..Thanks for sharing. Gosh, I am a huge fan of powdered sugar so will be sure to be generous with it like yours looks..yummi. :0) Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteKris, I know I have seen this recipe before but have never made them. I think I will now..Thanks..Stay well..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteDouble yum.

Oh Kris! These are so crazy I'll have to try them...
ReplyDeleteI read this post a few days ago on my phone, but didn't comment. I'm back today because I couldn't stop thinking about them...potato chips in cookies? Crazy! I bet they're delicious!! xo
ReplyDeleteI usually make these every year as they are a company favorite but they are not a family favorite so because of no company coming to visit this Christmas I passed and made more of the family favorites....I use Lay's potato chips as they are not the greasy...My Mom used to make these.....
