| Junk Chic Cottage #4 is under contract and will be having a new homeowner at the end of April. Sad to say goodbye to this sweet cottage. On to a new journey and adventure. This is a sellers market. We had 22 showings in two days and 10 great offers. It was mind blowing to decide on which offer to take. We have a lady that fell in love with this home the minute she walked in. She is a great buyer so now onto getting home inspections and appraisals and financing all done. With it being a sellers market we are having a hard time finding a new condo or townhome for us. Hoping as Spring is approaching more inventory will come on the market. Keep those prayers coming for us. Love the power of prayer. |

ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised it's sold. If I lived near you, I would buy your home....so cute and beautiful! There is very little around us for sale unless you want 3,000 sq. ft.for an outrageous amount. There are quite a few condos and I'm not sure where these people are moving..maybe out of state. Good luck with your house hunting. No matter what it looks like now I know you will make it into a lovely cottage. Patty McDonald

After seeing your recent video I knew your cottage would sell quickly. Glad you found a buyer that will appreciate all the love and work you and your husband put into it. She's a lucky lady getting to live in that beautiful little cottage. I'm sure she'll take good care of it.

Will be praying you find the perfect condo or townhouse for you and Terry. Are you going to be leaving the area or staying in the same area? I would imagine it is the latter since you have children and grandchildren there....
Well, you take care....I would imagine as spring comes you will see more things coming on the market, as Spring seems to bring out the desire for new things in most everyone.

I knew it would sell right away. Nobody keeps a nicer home than you do, Kris...clean and bright and lovely. The new owner is lucky to be able to walk in to a maintenance free home that has been updated. Lucky her...lucky you! xo Diana
