My flowers I planted by the front door of our condo building are doing really well. The colors this year are so vibrant. I love that I can still have a little fun with flowers. |
They are filling in nicely and make our entry to the building very welcoming. |
It has a white background with light black and gray shaded soft roses. |
It's great that you are in charge of the flowers! It will always look beautiful! I also love the wallpaper! xoxo Su

ReplyDeleteLovely as usual! Those flowers at the front door really perk it up and it's nice you can still putter a little bit with flowers. I would miss that. And the wallpaper is gorgeous.. you always pick just the prefect thing. Once you're all done, then what are you going to do? I don't think you can just sit still and have no projects!!! How is Terry's arm doing. Will he even be able to put up kitchen cabinets yet??? I hope it's healing well. I like that name one of the other gals gave you... Kris, the flowers look absolutely beautiful with the color of the door. Is this just an entry into your part of the condos or is it the main entry. I bet all your fellow neighbors can't believe how lucky they are now that you have moved in. Love the wallpaper. It looks like a beautiful contrast to all the white without being overpowering..Happy June..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteKris I am SO jealous of those flowers! Absolutely gorgeous. I've planted petunias in containers all over the patio area and they're growing, but nothing like yours! What lucky neighbors you have! I have a fear of wallpaper (crazy I know) so I can't wait to see how it turns out:) xo Kathy
ReplyDeleteThey are so lucky to have you doing the flowers!!! They look gorgeous! I think the paper on the one wall will be just the perfect touch. I still love wallpaper. Am so anxious to see everything completed. I know you will be too. What will you do with all of your spare time? LOL
ReplyDeleteHi Kris,
ReplyDeleteFirst the flowers at your entrance are stunning!! You’ve got quite the green thumb. I’ve loved following your new home transformation and can’t wait to see the wallpaper hung!
Hi Kris,
ReplyDeleteFirst the flowers at your entrance are stunning!! You’ve got quite the green thumb. I’ve loved following your new home transformation and can’t wait to see the wallpaper hung!
Your flowers are looking very beautiful Kris! I'm so glad that you are able to do that and it does really make a difference to coming up to that entrance now. I am also loving that wallpaper and think that it will look perfect on that wall, as I'm guessing that you have some wonderful plans for your bedhead wall! Really looking forward to seeing the completed pictures. I can't believe how hard you have both worked to get it all done so quickly. Take care both of you, hugs Gilly
ReplyDeleteI bet the other residents love having you as a neighbor, and that they appreciate the beautiful flowers. The wallpaper is lovely. I like it. Looking forward to seeing how you pulled the kitchen together, and all the other touches you've added to your charming home. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteLove the wallpaper ... go for it!! It’s all coming together beautifully!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, that wallpaper is gorgeous! Definitely put some up - can't wait to see the transformation!!!
ReplyDeleteLove how your new home is turning out. That alcove is amazing.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of the wallpaper. It is a lovely idea.
ReplyDeleteYou are doing so well getting your projects done. Yay!
Love the flowers - they look so full and lush!! Love the wallpaper you have picked out, too. I think it will be perfect on that wall. Can't wait to see all your before and afters.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the others about the flowers...your neighbors must be so happy to have their entry door looking so pretty and inviting since you've moved in!! You are remarkable when it comes to growing such large, and full annual container gardens!
ReplyDeleteThe paper for the bedroom wall is perfect, Kris. Just the right amount of subtle color for the white in there! Putting it on the window wall will be great in the winter when there is NO color at all coming in from the outside. Have a super week!! xxoo
I love the wallpaper and your flowers are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWaiting for the pictures…
The blooms are beautiful! Everything is looking so beautiful and I love that sign with quote by Mother Teresa. I hope your week is wonderful to you. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are so pretty and they look great to the entrance to your building. I like the wallpaper you chose for the accent wall in your bedroom. It sounds like everything is coming together. I hope you have a nice week.
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are beautiful ... as always! I absolutely love the wall paper you've chosen. While I'm not a big fan of accent walls (paint or wallpaper), I've seen some decorating shows where they put wallpaper on the ceiling. I'm sure it involves a lot more labor, but it looks wonderful in the end!
ReplyDeleteYou really have a magic touch with outdoor flowers, Kris. I'm sure they are thrilled to have you living there. Love the wallpaper. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteThe wallpaper is perfect, I love the pattern and the flowers at the front door look amazing. I bet they didn't realize they were getting a pro gardener when you offered to put some flowers there. They really take the front of the building up a notch! xxoo
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get your wallpaper, it is lovely.
