Hope you enjoyed a little fall inspiration. Our weather in Illinois has been so great. A little bit of summer holding on mixed in with fall nights. Enjoying these days as much as I can because we here in Illinois all know what follows fall. Ugh!!!!
I am also excited to say my annual charity girlfriend party will be happening this year. With Covid our last party was 2020. This year the party will be the weekend before Thanksgiving. I cannot wait to get all the sweet girlfriends together to celebrate our love for each other and the fun we have at this party.
I am excited to be working on things for this upcoming party.
Have a great week. I am working on a solution for my soffits in my kitchen. Stay tuned hope to have something to show with those.
Hugs, Kris

Hi Kris! What a treat to look back at your gorgeous fall decor of the past - so, so pretty. I am excited for you that you can restart your party! I've always enjoyed seeing your clever party ideas and awesome gifts. Happy Monday! Here's to the start of a good week. Jane
ReplyDeleteLove those wonderful window boxes filled with fall goodness. That little sitting angel in the last pic is just too precious surrounded by greenery. Love all the beautiful inspiration! xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo many charming vignettes, Kris. You are a gifted designer. I'm hard pressed to find a favorite out of all the fall decor you've put together. Each one is so special. Anyone can buy a piece and set it out, but it takes someone like you to create the kind of beauty that makes one want to scroll back through and ponder each one. Truly blessed to see what you create. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteKRIS! It seems like so long since we've written...did I miss something about the soffits in your kitchen? Our weather has been like yours too; gorgeous days, cool nights to make the anticipation of fall FUN. Well my dear, you have had some winning decorations over the years and I hope to see what you have brewing for this year!
ReplyDeleteSo many goodies here, Kris. I love the wreath with white pumpkin on the door with the sun shining through it! I had to laugh at how you wonder where some of that decor went. I totally get that now. I'm glad you'll be able to have your party this year.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun trip down memory lane. I find myself asking the same question, "what happened to?". Guess I got rid of things in the madness of the move. Hopefully, it is blessing someone else!
ReplyDeleteOh how I wish I could come to your party! It'd be so fun to visit with you and Diana if she was there too. Have fun planning!
Hugs, Cecilia
This was fun to look back at all your fall décor from the past! I don't really have a favorite but pinned them all to my It's Fall Y'All board. You will enjoy planning your annual party with friends. Enjoy your week. Damp here, either rain or very high humidity. Could be snow, you know...ha! xoxo
ReplyDeleteYou always have the most charming fall decor. Glad to hear your party will happen this year.
ReplyDeleteSo fun looking back at your pretty fall.
ReplyDeleteSo excited about your party. Let's party with the girlfriends and have a blast.
I know you have great ideas ready!
Hugs,
Cindy
Lovely fall touches fall. I do understand when you cannot find something you have used in the past. Love the angels. Window boxes are so pretty. I am looking forward to seeing your girlfriend party. Xoxo
ReplyDeleteWe share that outdoor angel, as you know. Love the pumpkins with the doilies! I had to put my fall stuff away due to Gracie.

ReplyDeleteKris, I have enjoyed seeing into your past. It's always fun to look back and see what was. I love your variety. My years seem to run all into each other with not much too different from the last..Sounds like your weather is doing fall proud..Happy Tuesday..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteSimply Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing those beautiful Fall Pics. Things are bound to either go astray when moving, or maybe impulsive clear outs. Hugs, Gilly
ReplyDeleteKris, you've done so many seasons of beautiful decor that you could have a little pop up sale every so often. They seem to go over well when I see them offered. I always enjoy reading about your girlfriends' party so will look forward to it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun round-up post! There's PLENTY here to love...lots of inspiration! If I had to pick a favorite, I guess I'd pick the beautiful greenhouse terrarium filled with all the autumn goodies, especially the pumpkins and angel. So pretty! I know you're looking forward to your girlfriends' party. :D

ReplyDeleteKris, your gorgeous home looks great in any season. I was laughing though at your "what the heck happened to that..." comment. I think that every holiday. I'm always left wondering where something is. This year it's a large brown faux pumpkin. Just disappeared. Glad to hear your party is on!! You must be thrilled and I know it will be fabulous with all your party ideas steeping for so long. xxoo

I saw a post that had junk chic cottage written on it and was posted by serendipity. It was a deck with flowers hanging in the corner and I'm interested in how and what was used to hold them in the corner please.
