Potato Chip Cookies Yum!
I know a lot of you are baking and getting all those yummy cookies ready for the holidays. My good friends daughter makes the most delicious cookies and I wanted to share the recipe with you today. They are fast and easy and oh so delicious. Only a few ingredients. With sharing the cookies on my last post I thought I would add these to the mix. They are so easy to make and melt in your mouth.

| The potato chips give these soft cookies a salty texture. The cookies are soft and chewy with the crunch of the potato chips. I promise these took me all of an hour from start to finish to make them and bake them. Easy Peasy and one of the best cookies I have baked. Enjoy. Kris |
They sound good! I would have never thought to use potato chips in cookies!

ReplyDeleteKris, my late husband's grandmother baked potato chip cookies and they were delicious. I never knew anyone else who made these until I saw your post. Her cookies did not have powdered sugar on them, but I bet that addition makes them amazing! xx
