Hope you enjoyed some of my past pieces and vignettes.
Have a great new week ahead.
Hugs,
Kris
I am a retired RN. I love all things white, chippy, vintage and cottage chic. I am married to my best friend and handyman who helps me make our cottage chic. You can read more on my About Me page.
Kris, this is a beautiful round-up of my favorite season. I enjoyed each vignette with its cottage charm and style that you do so well. I am just beginning to pull out my fall decor, I am a little behind. Wishing you a wonderful week, dear one!
ReplyDeleteYou have so many wonderful fall vignettes, Kris. That children's fire truck is so adorable! I love all the rich fall color with white. Hope you're having a great weekend!
ReplyDeletewow. So many cuties..do not know what I like best...love all the white pumpkins, the dark-haired Fall girls, the fire engine..and as always the cherubs. Fall is so relaxing after the heat of the Summer and our Southern humidity here in NC. Hope you enjoy yours, and hope you are continuing to feel better. Happy Fall Yall! Cheers. :0)
ReplyDeleteGood morning dear Kris! September for us is a transition period - it's still so green and warm enough so my décor is no longer "beachy" but a neutral in whites and a few items that are non-seasonal in theme. I think once it starts to get cold and the leaves fall off, I'm following suit with you: white pumpkins! Have a wonderful transition my friend!
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous! It's hard to pick my favourite!! I really love the chalkboard like framed picture and the burlap colored doll. I'm so happy fall is here!! Have a wonderful week xoxoxox Anne from DesignDreams by Anne
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Kris, I enjoyed EVERY photo you posted for FALL. We do miss the beautiful Fall weather up North!!! Now you've inspired me to get busy and decorate. It's a bit tough for a girl like me from the North to settle into Fall days in Florida that are averaging a high off 90 degrees and a LOW of 89 degrees!!! Have a wonderful day! Kathleen
ReplyDeleteThis has been a very enjoyable tour through your past fall décor! The little fire truck was adorable. Looking forward to what you make for fall this year. It will be 73 here today and down to upper sixties later in the week. Happy to see the oppressive heat gone. Enjoy your week and I hope you are feeling much better. xoxo
ReplyDeleteDo you miss not having a yard?
ReplyDeleteA beautiful round up of your fall decor. You have created so many lovely looks for fall. I love the volunteer wagon filled with florals and pumpkins. I am looking forward to cooler temps. Little by little, I have started to decorate. Have a lovely week ahead my sweet friend. I hope you are fully recovered from your surgery. Xoxo
ReplyDeleteSo many pretty pieces and memories. I can't pick a favorite.
ReplyDeleteHave a great Sunday!
Beautiful photos, Kris. Yes, these are so very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteLoved these, Kris! Especially love the prim doll. I used to make dolls similar to this one. Brenda
ReplyDeleteAlways love seeing your photos, past or present! I'm hanging on to summer as long as possible but may put fall decor on my porch soon. It's always fun to change things up! Happy Sunday! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYour fall decor is so beautiful!!! I loved every single photo you shared.....
ReplyDeleteHappy Fall!!!!

I have always loved your cottage style, Kris. These are all very inspiring, and I hope they've triggered good feelings and new ideas for you, too. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteHi Kris, I love all your fall decorations from the past. I bet you are already decorating your place for fall. I hope you have a happy Sunday and week.
ReplyDeleteKris, all were so pretty; I enjoyed all your lovely Fall decor. I got mine out last week so I am ready too. Our mornings have been nice and cool. Fall is starting to make its presence felt. Thanks for sharing. Hope you are feeling much better.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cecilia
I enjoyed seeing all your fall vignettes: They are all so pretty and all so YOU! I haven't started decorating for fall because I'm getting ready for our beach trip, but I will start decorating the week of September 19th after we come home. PLENTY of inspiration here!!!
ReplyDeleteEvery one of your vignettes is just beautiful! I love them all! Especially love the ones with all white, but a touch of color, especially the oranges and yellows. LOVE the big white hutch.... I'm swooning! I hope you are feeling better and had a good trip. I won't begin any Fall decorating until probably towards the end of October. That's when the color starts here, and it'll still be too hot for the next month at least, to even think of Fall or the holidays! I'm hanging onto summer, but hopefully there will be cooler days than what we've had! Take care.....Marilyn
ReplyDeleteSometimes I miss you old house when I see these pictures! I love your place now, too, but your yards were always so special. You do such a wonderful job for every season no matter where you are. Glad you are feeling more like yourself and I know you have lots going on...so take a minute to enjoy those sweet fall moments when you can! xo xo xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI love it all! And...that firetruck! Now that is so clever! Girl, you have that special touch for sure with your creative skills. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI started to do a wee bit too. I have a lovely pumpkin spice candle burning. :-)
ReplyDeleteHi Kris, love seeing all your past Fall decorations, all so pretty and charming.
ReplyDeleteYou must be feeling a bit better if you are starting to decorate for Fall now.
I am hoping to do some tomorrow myself, but I have had some sort of stomach
issue since Friday evening, so not feeling horrible but not feeling great either. lol
So will see hopefully tomorrow will be another day.
Are you feeling much better? sure hope so hon, don't overdue it.....lol
Take care,
blessings, Nellie
So much sweetness. I love all your charming fall decor and feel inspired to begin my own fall decorating. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Kris! You need to take all of those pictures and put them into a book, and self-publish it! I think you could have a book series for all seasons!
ReplyDeleteOh my...the bike....the boots...the firetruck....and all of those white pumpkins! I adore it all. You have a lovely home, decorated to perfection! So charming and romantic!! Enjoy the season
ReplyDeleteI love it all, Kris. Believe it or not, I already have a {very} few pieces of fall decor in my kitchen. Totally out of character for me, but they're so pretty, I couldn't resist! xxoo
ReplyDeleteGreat inspiration Kris! I don't decorate for fall until the beginning of October and here in Florida I don't do much!
ReplyDeleteSo many fall pictures, Kris. Can't wait to see what you do this year. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteSuch very beautiful photos and memories Kris! Sorry for the late comment, but it's a truly sad time in our country. So very many of us are mourning the death of our much beloved late Queen Elizabeth II. She has been a constant in our lives for 70 years and many of us have never had another Sovereign, until now. Long Live the King.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed seeing your beautiful fall vignettes and all the rest! Your sweet lady hanging on the door is amazing. Come share each week at the #HomeMattersParty every Thursday (9pm est) through Monday. Hope to see you there! Southern Sunflowers . com
ReplyDeleteKris, you always have so many beautiful fall touches, but you seem to do that all year long too. The colors seem so special between the whites, they just always shine. Hope all is well, my friend..Happy Tuesday..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteIt's always a joy to visit you Kris and your transition to fall is so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your cottage fall decor at Create, Bake, Grow & Gather this week. I'm delighted to be featuring it at the party this week and pinning too.
Hugs,
Kerryanne

Beautiful!!! Judy Clark
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteMy sunflowers are blooming in the garden. :-) They are nodding their flower heads saying late summer is upon us.

I still love the little fire truck! This is a beautiful round up of my favorite season! Have a wonderful week, Kris!
ReplyDeleteKris, I know it's just the beginning of August and it's in full swing but I'm looking forward to fall in a few weeks. I enjoyed looking at your fall decorations from the past. I do love the small fire truck all decorated with pumpkins and flowers. Have a happy August and enjoy the rest of the week Kris.
ReplyDeleteI remember so many of these from years before, Kris. You have always had such a good eye for composition and making something feel homey and beautiful at the same time. I am not ready to give up on summer yet either. I love Fall-it's my favorite season but I am hanging on to summer with all I've got this year---dreading what comes after fall! xo xo xo
ReplyDeleteHi Kris, these are all so gorgeous. I love them all! Love the ones with some pops of yellow and orange, with white in the background. I just popped over to your blog as was thinking I hadn't seen a blog post from you in awhile. Well.... you've been posting but I haven't been receiving any notices! So I've missed out on a few months' worth. I don't know why I'm not receiving notices now! Sorry I haven't been by to visit. I'll go back and look at the ones I missed! xoxo Marilyn
ReplyDeleteDearest Kris, good morning! I am SUPER late iin coming here; yes, summer is still going strong but we are getting more rain, so much so that our pond's water level has risen quite a bit! Nothing threatening to property but it looks SO PRETTY! Enjoy the rest of August dear friend!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful compilation of fall decor Kris! Here in UK summer had well and truly deserted us! July gave us considerable rain almost every day. We are hopeful that we will be getting better weather. I've been catching up on your last posts as they didn't get into my inbox. I have hopefully now sorted that. Take care dear friend xoxo
