Terry did some art work on my vintage chalk board in the kitchen. It has a fun design for Valentine's Day. |
Here is the cabinet I got to make into a TV cabinet for the living room. |
Here it is painted and re loved into a new cabinet for the TV. |
If you were wondering what happened to the old alter base that the TV was on it is now in my front entry. It fit perfectly with the old chippy mantel piece. |
The chalkboard is so pretty.....Terry is very talented!!!! I love the armoire in it's fresh coat of white paint. Your cottage is so beauitful and is coming together nicely!!!

Terry is an artist in many ways. :-) I love the chalk board.
ReplyDeleteI love what you two do. Absolutely beautiful!
Wow Kris, that armoire looks so nice and what a transformation! I too love the art work Terry did on the chalkboard. You both are so talented and I love the way the entry way looks too. It's been very cold here and I hope you stay warm and cozy. Enjoy the week Krisl
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous, Kris. The perfect size for a tv. You have so many wonderful mix and match pieces that you can easily move around and reuse. Love the frenchy lines of the cabinet and legs. We have snow and expecting more in the next few days.
ReplyDeleteI love how you refinished the cabinet to turn it into an entertainment stand for your tv. One of my favorite things is painting new refinishing old furniture to make it feel like new again. I love how the entertainment center matches your table, it makes the whole room feel cozy and like a place you want to spend a lot of time in. Thanks so much for sharing!
ReplyDeleteKris, you have such a great eye! I love the way it looks in your room, decked out with your signature touch of white. Gorgeous! Now you have me on the hunt for a similar piece. It's really so pretty, great lines...I need more storage for my dishes and pitchers and I think that would be the perfect style piece. Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteDeeDee Clark My brother lives west of Rockford, IL. He said they've only had 2" of snow all winter, because it either goes north or south of them. I live in north Texas - just 10 miles south of the OK border - and we had 6" last Thursday. Most has melted off now.
